Jill Sullivan is co-owner of The Bird’s Nest. Jill lives in Bondurant with her husband, Curt, and three children. Jill has a background in Elementary and Special Education.

Felicia Collison is co-owner of The Bird’s Nest. Felicia lives in Bondurant as well with her husband, Randy, and two sons. Felicia has a background in Business.

Lindsay Schaper is director of The Bird’s Nest. Lindsay is a Bondurant-Farrar graduate of 2011. She has a degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services with an emphasis on the child option. Lindsay has been the director of The Bird’s Nest for four years with 13 years of prior childcare experience.

We take pride in employing teachers who are energetic, motivated and committed to providing a quality program for our community.  Our staff are trained in CPR and First Aid, Mandatory Reporting, Universal Precautions and meet all requirements outlined by the Iowa Department of Human Services.
